Ag panel is a popular metal for roofing in the post-frame building industry. Since it is often used for barns, an ag panel is also called pole barn steel. PBR stands for purlin bearing R panel. These panels feature a larger overlap section compared to the Ag panel. The larger overlap provides a more robust and weather-tight seal between the panels.
